Persecution is here. I have lost two jobs that I had brought in 25 years of experience. One even claimed to be a Christian institution. Then I went thru being intentionally mocked for my faith daily by those who claimed to be Christian and then fired on false accusations. After the second job, I went home in despair. I cried out To God, then I remembered in scripture, Christ said that they hated Him first. I remembered the cross and I remembered all those who have died for their faith. I knew then that life isn’t about my career, it’s about obeying Him and following Him

A few years back I posted on my facebook regarding a possible law that California wanted to bypass parental permission about transgender surgery. My brother contacted me about it and wanted to discuss it. He says he is a Christian but he chewed me out he said children are able to choose what gender they are. He also believes homosexuality isn't a sin. He went on to contact the director of the organization I worked for calling me homophobic and dangerous. I was greatly hurt and stressed about the whole situation. Thankfully I didn't loose my job but I won't be disclosing to him where I work anymore, he broke my trust. I do forgive my brother, but All to say yes the persecution is real. I haven't given up on Jesus Christ because of this if anything it has made my faith in him stronger.

At first, I thought that persecution meant tormenting and going to prison for Christians but now I totally understand it. That we children in Christ will actually suffer for basic need in this world because we believe in the truth, the word of God.

Persecution can also manifest in families that have different world views(or God views). I’m being isolated by whole family bc I did not congratulate my granddaughter on her “engagement” to her girlfriend. I was called judgmental and putting my superstitious beliefs above my granddaughter! I love my granddaughter and am praying for her and her friends and my family.

My church was of the United Methodist and we left when they started proposing lgb pastors. Tears were shed when we lost all the members we did but in the long run it was the right decision to stick to God’s word, THE truth

Having some in my family turn on me for speaking Yah's truth, only solidified the fact I'm doing his will, all I do is tell it like it is and pray they will come around.
So many around me are professing themselves to be apart of Biblical prophecy by mocking and denying that it pains me and thrills me at the same time. May Yah have mercy on their souls 🙏 stay strong my beautiful family in Christ. It's gonna get rough😏😒 love you all, be blessed

All of the suffering I've endured has been in large part because of evil people in my childhood. If it were for righteosness' sake....it seems like it all would have counted for something.
