Dude, I had two iPad charger cables which were corroded but when I scratched it with a Bobby pin and a cotton swab with a bit of isopropyl alcohol it looked as it was brand new and works like a charm! Thank You

that happened to me all i did is get 100% alchohol and cotton swab just scrub it gently and i think it will wear off the corrosion or just buy a new one xd
