From the Peruvian Amazon I agree with XR. We borned in a system where everything we do cause pollution, suffering and/or killing lives. Our habits are unsustainable and obeys the fake idea of "natural resources are unlimited". I think the first step of XR is very important, but while we're growing we need to rethink how can we create peace on earth. Permaculture and the wisdom of indigenous people can help us to see the light

Lately I joined an introduction call to XR I now have a totally different view on the movement. I could be because the content of this video landed on the foundation that I received in the introduction call. So, I would definitely advice the XR movement to nudge people to watch this movie. The story is good, the rationale behind the movement is perfectly explained, so make use of what you have! When back in Holland I will definitely join!

I don't know why, but when you hear someone worried about climate change and the ecological crisis it's usually someone with a PhD in physics or something like that. Those not worried about those things are usually mid school dropouts. I wonder what that means.

I do my protest and rebellion farming and planting trees, cutting down my energy and matter consumption, doing my best to purchase as local as possible and spreading science knowledge/information/advice on social media. Some NGO´s blame at companies of producing (i.e.) plastics but forget about the last and most important word of the individual decision of consuming it or not. There´s no time for sitting down and shout. It´s time to ACT (on the right way).
