these tips are good but some people dont have such a nice place to dwell in this world and struggling to hang on means the difference between having a roof over your head and having to live on the street or in your car....or it means not being able to help your adult child who is struggling with mental illness or health videos are lovely and helpful to many I am sure, but for some of us our lives are so limited by circumstance it is nearly impossible to live a simple, slow life filled with self care, time for reflection, comfort and joy.
