Pour 3 eggs into the cabbage tastes better than pizza! Quick, simple and delicious

Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 1/2 cabbage
Place in a bowl
Pour water in the bowl
Soak for 10 minutes
Put in another bowl
Chop 1/2 onion
Add in a bowl
Crack three eggs in a bowl
Mix well
Pour the egg mixture in the bowl
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Mix well
Low heat
Add olive oil or butter in the pan
Add the cabbage mixture in the pan
Cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat
Flip it over
Spread 2tbsp tomato sauce on top of the potato pancake
35g bacon crumbles
30g Chopped yellow pepper
30g Chopped red pepper
Salt and black pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Cook for another 5-8 minutes
Parsley (optional)

I made this for lunch an used my leftover spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce...It turned out AWESOME! Will definitely be making this often! Thank you Helly...You are ingenious!

I have tried the sliced cabbage pizza for my old Dad. It was so good but I did have to cook it longer so he could chew the cabbage.
Could I pre cook the cabbage a bit first & cool before cooking in the pan?
I mean it'll still hold together with the egg inside the pan, right?

I was skeptical, but I had a head of cabbage that needed using up. I tried it, all I can say is wow. I'm sorry that i ever doubted you. :) That was one of the nicest non-pizza pizzas I've ever tasted. Thank you for sharing!

Add thinly sliced half cooked potatoes in the mix. Perhaps a pinxh of flour.

Just made this. Doesnt taste like pizza but it is gooood!! Whoever said it is not must have made it wrong. First off the size of a medium head of cabbage can be different to everyone. Also I poured boiling water over the cabbage and let it sit covered until cooled. Asian recipes tend to like crisp veggies but not me. It also takes a lot longer to cook on low. Could be the electric stove. But this is a great recipe. Top with anything you like. Next time I will add pineapple.Also I used dairy free cheese.
