Advantages because the sea is rich: Mariculture, Aquaculture, Fishing, Floating solar, Offshore wind, Energy mining could be done at sea.

the culprits of illegal importation & exportation are one of the big reasons why the Philippine coastguard, navy, & similar agency was made weak. those culprits includes some legislators themselves & ppl who has influence on legislators & the Admin. even today, the navy & coastguard have no sense of urgency, they only field vessels at a very slow rate because the culprits are doing their best to slow it down

Well if the bridges was done a years ago, the price will be different from the present, start the PanayGuimarasNegrosCebu bridges, it is the missing key, the catalyst of the whole Visayas region, use ro/ro for Cebu, Bohol, Leyte route since San Juanico bridges connects Leyte to Samar half of the problem is solve, thats my take Asia

The concern of the investors is the Ph is far away or long distance from neighboring countries, small country with small resources or commodities, lack of space to do business, we always hit by intense destructive typhoon, powerful volcanic eruption like (Mount Pinatubo) and we always hit by earthquakes almost everytime and everywhere of the country that's why every projects is expensive with good quality and durability
