1 cup unsalted almonds
3-4 cups water
2 dates, pitted and chopped
pinch of salt

Milk 2 recipe:
1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract

My daughter is obsessed with banana milk, it’s all she’ll drink but I don’t love the ingredients in the store bought one - I never thought about making it at home but I’m totally going to try now!
