One thing i dont like about the kindle is i notice is there is alwayys white dots on the screen on the black edges of the screen.I always wipe it but it always appers its so annoying man..

This is the kind of kindle I received. I cannot seem to get it to download the Libby app so I can get books from my local library. Will it do that?
