I've been using, and enjoying, my Kindle for years and I'm still discovering new features. I've only just found out that I can have the time displayed at the top of the screen - handy when I tell myself that I'll stop reading and put the light out at 11pm. Also, the X-ray feature has some potentially useful benefits as it collates information about characters in the story, terms used in the text, clips of text that others have highlighted, and it also collects together all the images from the book if it has any, if it doesn't you'll just get the cover image.
