What's going on ladies & gents! Levaughn Jones with 360 Lifestyle Journey bringing you all another workout routine. For today's workout, you will need some open space, a resistance loop & tube band, an elevated flat platform, a timer, and either your couch or bed. This is a 30 minute circuit routine. To complete this workout, perform the exercises listed in the video the set number of reps for as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes.
