Ever done a course that was much too advanced even if it was labelled “For Beginners”? Ever had a trainer who pushed you much too far? If so, please know that you can modify virtually every single workout to fit YOUR level. Here are examples using a chair. Make sure that chair is nice and sturdy and secured in a safe location where it won’t slip. Hope this helps!
