From what I understand if you are tax resident in Estonia you cannot just pay yourself dividends, you have to also pay yourself a salary, 20% income tax and 35% employers social tax.

Congratulations on the new channel Rico !😎! - So I have a quick question in relation to setting up my company in Cyprus..this was when I looked at it before as a U.K. citizen when I wanted to formulate my new technology consulting company (CT at 12.5%) in Cyprus and wanted to spend a minimum of 60 days a year there was that I would need to inject around €200k as start up capital which was deal breaker at the time, can you please advise if this is still the case and also with the IP Box regime (CT 2.5%) does the €200k company cash injection rules still apply if I wish to stay just a minimum of 60 days in Cyprus a year 🙏…

I had a LTD on Cyprus but my German client refused to accept invoices issues by my Cyprus LTD out of fear that doing so would attract unwanted attention from tax authorities and could cause them having to undergo a tax audit. At the end, I had to close the LTD.

Safest? I would consider the geopolitical location as well here… and Cyprus is way too close to a major conflict zone to be considered safe.
