Looks like inverse kinematics will finally be something easily acheived in Unity with the new Preview Package "Animation Rigging" It can do other things too. but in this tutorial lets just see how we can set it up and use it for a 2 bones IK on a mesh I create from Blender real simple and real quick

Thank you, finally a tutorial that shows the minimalistic blender step too. Everybody just starts with pre-made (usually humanoid) characters, which is not what I needed.

First of all, great tutorial, made thing very clear and I could get everything set up perfectly! Just wondering, my IK constraints root bone seems to be locked in position, is there any way to set its position using script? (I'm trying to implement this for legs)

Useful for 3 bones, but how about making a snake or a worm with 10-20 bones? Can't find Animation Rigging tutorial for that anywhere

Definitely grab a mixamo character with animations and show how it works with that.

I have a doubt if I rig in blender and import that in fbx, can't the right move as it moves in blender pose because when I select the bone and move in unity the object detaches and moves while in blender pose mode, it moves like expected? Please solve

I dont have the "Copy World Placement option or the Paste World Placement" options when I click the tab on the transform. Does anyone know why that might be? Maybe I need to download a package?
