Hey zach, At 1:26:35 you said : even thalassemia at times can have a rt<2% unless its "hemolysis", it actually only when its hemolysing subtypes the rt index is less than 2% due to ineffective erythropoiesis despite bone marrow trying to compensate and destruction of reticulocytes in circulation.
