It's annoying that doctors don't take period pain seriously. It really upsets me. :(

All consuming! We are all different and we feel our periods differently, but the fact is that we need to talk more about our periods. Education is the key! There should be no shame about it and no stigma. We also need to talk more about cups and other more eco friendly and less waste sanitary products! Since I started using Lily cup it changed my attitude towards period in general and to my body as well.

I suffered for over 20 years, changed painkillers multiple times, got on birth controls, got off them and no doctor on this earth ever told me that by just incorporating a synergy of plant based omegas could end my pain and misery. I thank God I was introduced to it, I have reclaimed my life that was stolen for years because of period pains.

I stopped ibuprofen when I started supplementing with magnesium maleate or magnesium bisglycinate. When it’s really bad, I add a little bit of ibuprofen these days, but it usually is only needed one day when I use hot packs and magnesium supplements.

I experienced this pain only once. I thought I was going to faint. It should be taken seriously.
