Omg I'm scared now. I have interview anxiety regardless if its in person over the phone or video chat. I'm currently looking for a job, been looking for a long while but haven't had any success. My first job was retail but I honestly hated it. I said never again will i do retail. Plus I'm shy. Alot of jobs deny me even jobs i feel like I'm qualified for which makes no sense to me

I'm thinking about applying to Sephora tor operations associate but im so nervous. Can you still work there even if you don't know about makeup. I honestly don't wear makeup either

Whats the dress code i do know they wear uniform

Are interviews one on one or in groups. I hate group interviews. Honestly i hate interviews in general. I had one group interview once

I really don't wanna wanna do retail again but at this point i feel like i need to take what i can get
