Can confirm. Himalayan salt has given me the absolute nastiest pumps I’ve ever had

Baking soda 1/8 teaspoon in tall glass of water does it too. Rids cold symptoms too you never get sick.

About every four cups of coffee depletes an entire day's worth of sodium, if you exercise rigorously on top of it you likely need a lot more sodium than the average person's RDI. I probably consume 4 grams of sodium per day and still run a deficit sometimes. Having an imbalance of other electrolytes can deplete it as well so make sure you get optimal amounts of potassium and magnesium in there as well

You can buy this stuff in the fine form too which is awesome to just mix with water

I’m telling you that adding just a tsp of salt to my pre workout has helped me so much!
Please start doing it, it doesn’t cost hardly anything but the benefits you get are insane!

Maybe it's just a placebo, but I definitely see improvement in stamina after taking salt before my workout.

Fact is if you only workout for the pump you're probably not actually progressing getting a pump doesn't indicate a good workout I can get a splitting pump doing 100 curls with 8kg doesn't mean I'm progressing

I've heard that Himalayan salt isn't that good other metal minerals get mixed in with it when they mine it. And it's also pink so that's gay
