Pickled cabbage: the side dish that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
500g cabbage
500ml water
250ml vinegar
Bay leaves
Salt
Garlic
Green hot pepper
Oregano
Olive oil

METHOD
1. Pour the water and vinegar into a pot. Add bay leaves and salt and boil.
2. Slice the cabbage finely and add to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Remove the cabbage from the water, place it on a tray with a kitchen cloth and let dry for 6 hours.
4. Place the cabbage in a bowl, and add garlic, salt, green hot pepper, black pepper, parsley, and a little olive oil. Mix very well.
5. Pour the cabbage into a glass jar. Fill with olive oil.
