While there is plenty of variety to be had in this highly subjective realm, this is a great walk through and aligns tightly with my own experience. Some of the top-right stuff is great in theory but hard to obtain in the real world. Great roll up :-)

So I have to be developer and coder to be a CTO ? What about network and system /admin engineers ? IT specific field ?
