Mediterranean Sea temperature reaches record high • FRANCE 24 English

The Mediterranean Sea reached its highest temperature on record of 28.90C Thursday, breaking the record from July 2023, Spanish researchers said. On top of endangering many fish species, overheating of the sea prevents the air from cooling at night and encourages heatwaves.

Sea, and Land temperatures are climbing every day! The search for oil and natural gas under the sea is the most important concerns, because the earth's crust is the thinnest, on the ocean floor, to the earth's mantle heat which is 1, 860 Degree-Fahrenheit. From the ocean floor to the Mantle is only 3 miles and by extracting oil and natural gas is taking away the buffer barrier that keep the ocean cool. This is the same for mineral extracting on land. Our earth's crust floats on top of magma rock and buy removing minerals from the crust is causing heat to rise in these open voids where minerals once remained. Our planet is heating up, due to global interest, in mining minerals around the world...

Solar cycles. In Oregon where I live on the southern coast of Oregon we had the longest period of snow on the ground in 44 years. I anticipate global cooling which will come after this intermittent, temporary warming ends. The State of Fear, Michael Crichton. Or Nobel Laureate Ivar Gia Ever calmed any fear I had. My Grandfather Harry, 1896-1997, used to to say watching the news in one of the most productive farming areas in the United States, “ Everyone complains about the weather, but non one ever does anything about it”.
