We finally reach Catalina! We've been looking forward to this port for quite some time. We soak up the island life and get a few projects done. Life on board our moving vessel is feeling alright! I spent a lot of my Summers in 1962-1964 around the Isthmus and Avalon. My Dad had a 30ft sloop which I learned to sail when I was 15. By 16 I was taking her out to Catalina with my high school buddies. The best times were July 4th. 😊👍
