I tried everything in this and other videos, and nothing worked for me. Then, I connected the TV and phone to another wifi network and it worked just fine! So, if nothing works for you, try to simply change your wifi name (it is what i did) and maybe that solve your problem 🙌

In my case the problem was because the old wifi router. I had quickly replaced it to the new one and chromecast magically began to work
