The best way to devour a topic/chapter.

Step 1: Look at Chapter-End Questions
(They generally are the core questions around which the chapter revolves.)

Step 2: Turn Each Question Into a Simple MIQ (Most Important Question)
→ Rephrase into a clean, direct, and simpler version, write those MIQ on paper.

Step 3: Read the Chapter with MIQs written on paper in front of you
(Spot paragraphs that are coherent with the written question, try to understand them and don't fret yourself to memorize them.)

Step 4 : Close the book, answer those MIQ's .

* repeat the process for untill you fully satisfied with your understanding, maintain those questions sheets.

* for revision don't ever open the book, just pick MIQ sheet of that chapter and bash through it.

My issue is that i have SO much material to cover. I dont have time to repeat and revise i am stressed that i need to finish as much as possible (my brain sees revision now as waste of time, revision for revision period). How can i incorporate spaced repetition effectively?
