Integrity is fundamental to who we are at Lockheed Martin, which is why we’re setting up students for success at our Annual Ethics in Engineering Competition.

In 2023, over 70 colleges and universities, each represented by a two-student undergraduate team and accompanying faculty, competed to collaboratively present a joint recommendation in a fictional scenario involving ethical, business and engineering dilemmas. In addition to the hands-on opportunities for students to learn about Lockheed Martin and its technologies, the annual event compels students to think about the importance of ethics in the workplace and the various real-life dilemmas that can arise, especially in the multifaceted and fast-paced world of technology.
The case competition is just one example of how Lockheed Martin demonstrates the importance of voicing one’s values in the face of intricate ethical dilemmas in the engineering and business spheres.

Lockheed Martin is committed to supporting business ethics awareness in our colleges and universities, contributing to the ethical development of the future workforce, and strengthening our academic partnerships.

I wish i could actually laugh at Lockheed Martin organising an ethics competition, alas, it is not a joke.

I've been in that room multiple times. How dare you use those plaques as a backdrop for your promotional material. Those are heroes and patriots who lost their lives serving their country. Not entertainers.

Hello everyone, hope you're all in excellent health. I have a question, what would it take to install rearward facing air to air guided missiles, and would this give pilots an edge in combat? Also, cluster bombs that detonate around the aircraft in pursuit.. just wondering.
