Here are some quick suggestions:

-Use your meeting invite to remind everyone to include those not physically in their space.
-Have the first person who contributes be from wherever you have fewer people.
-Request that remote folks avoid using chat since those in the room don't have access.
-When using break out rooms, try to find a way to partner those in the room with those remote.
