For me the toughest club to hit. I just got them end of last season so still learning how hit them. I'm starting to make better contact, when I do hit them clean they really do fly out there

Easiest club to hit in my bag. Most versatile as well. I remember getting a set of hybrids for the first time and smoking them at the range. Self taught for the most part. Ever since then, couldn't hit 3 or 4 iron the same. I only use D, 3w 5w, 3hybrid, 5i-9i, pw, sw, and of course the flat blade. All I need. Don't use a glove either.

When I first started golfing these were the only clubs I could hit. My drives would go right, my irons wouldnt pop it off the ground the right way, the only club i hit straight and in the air was my hybrids. Years down the line I am a much better golfer, my irons are nice and my drive is my strong point, but Incant hit my hybrids consistently anymore for the life of me

I haven't been able to make the switch from long irons to hybrids, partly because I love my long irons, but also because I've never felt right with a hybrids in my hands and my shots reflect that.

I'll try this setup and mindset once it's warm enough to swing a club without throwing out my back. I still love a good long iron strike, though.

Marc, you threw this one out some time back. Great lick. It does work perfectly for the hybrids. I’ve never hit my 3 hybrid so well. Would there be an advantage to dropping the 3 hybrid and picking up a 3 or 4 wood? Thoughts?

Yea not sure.. I really like my 5 hybrid (distance and how it sounds/feels when you hit that ball) but I have trouble hitting it straight. With my irons, I have a noticeable slice. But when I keep an eye on my swing path, its somewhat straight forward and workable.

With my hybrid(s) though it goes either left or it goes right and barely straight.. I just haven't figured them out.

Hey can you help me with my back swing? I hit my irons pretty good when I don’t go full backswing but when I try to go full backswing I end up topping the ball, hitting it too hard and can get a piece of it.

Literally just hit it like a 6 iron. My 4 hybrid carries like 220 and it's KFC double fried crispy.
