Nice video showing how to complete this annoying process quickly! I rarely launch nukes simply because it's so tedious. Even without PA it isn't hard at all, it just isn't enjoyable. Would really like to see them remove or redesign certain parts, especially the robots at the end with their buggy pathing. I question my life decisions every time I see them stuck on something or just standing in place.

Kudos for showing the complete way of doing the video, as opposed to the Photomode glitch. Everyone needs to do the nuke launches at least once without glitches. It's a right of passage ;)

I just did my 1st nuke tonight following this tutorial!!! It was the best experience ever i love every minute of it, i launched it at level 84, and we killed the Scorched Queen with 58 Seconds to spare because I didn't know it was only myself and 3 others in the server!!

Thank you very much for this guide, I finally managed to finish this mission today and unlock the achievement, I was already going almost crazy because of this mission, first for the difficulty during the path inside the silo and then still have to decrypt the launch code? I didn't even imagine that I needed to do that too, it took me more than a day before to try to finish this mission and I didn't I got it, then today I tried again and finally got it.

I launched my first nuke this previous Sunday to complete "I am become death". Not gonna lie I watched three videos and I was still lost as heck trying to get to the launch room. eventually a random higher level that was on my casual team came in and guided me through. you can also skip mainframe and store area by using power armor right after reactor room, this make you able to go under 5-6 minutes (yes i know this is kind of exploit but lore friendly :) ). After you launch 100+ nukes you don't want go evry time by whole instance

Awesome video. My first silo run was a disaster.
3 things sped me up to less than 20 min max.
1. At the beginning just grab the blue key card, analyze your bio and go swipe.
2. Pick the lock to the left in the reactor room to skip it then hack the terminal
3. Use explosives or slug blaster to destroy the main frames
Oh and 4. Craft the mainframe cores ahead of time.

Launched my first nuke today. Was intended for Monongah Mine but ended up dropping it on the Monongah Power Plant. Massive L but just glad I finally completed it.

I went in at level 77 solo and it took an hour to get to the end and i gave up after it made me protect the launch preparation bots. I killed at least 100+ enemies on the way.

Launched my first nuke as well today, lvl 152 and it was because of this post. Thanks again buddy, and make sure to visit the site with the launch codes. I think the hardest part is fixing the pipes, took me 2 tries but it was fun!

With the perk doubling explosive blast radius, you can destroy the mainframe with 1 nuka grenade. Just have to throw it past the first blocked off grid
