It's probably different than the mobile game, but this strategy works perfectly on Plaque Inc Evolved on pc. Had enough DNA to activate the deadly symptoms like complete organ failure and hemorragic shock

For me I get discovered even when I have no symptoms and I don't have enough points for total organ failure cus it costs 61 :/

I think this video out of date or something. Mega brutal can be detected now without symptom, and price is really high to evolve. And you dont get points refunded. So if we did it this exact way we instant lose no matter what. However good video especially for regular brutal mode
