I tend to evolve coughing, pneumonia, sneezing, cysts, abscesses, and hyper sensitivity before any transmissions. It's cheap infectivity, and severity, which makes red bubbles give more DNA.

Worked really well, they were getting close to a cure but I kept pushing it back and then they peaked at 73% and they all died 😂

It did work but one of the islands and the port got shut down and the bacteria cannot take over the islands so yeah you earn a sub!
