The Secrete: A Treasure hunt, by Byron Pries, is an incredible book. It speaks of the fair folk that once came to this land and how they stashed their TREASURE! Throughout the book you're told of where the fair folk came from and how they came to call North America home.

In this video I talk about the history of The Secrete: A Treasure Hunt and who wrote it. I go more in depth than I've seen others on this topic. While many of us love The Secrete for the treasure that we could potentially find it is severely undervalued in my opinion. Byron Priess started his writing career early on and would go on to write The Secret along with many others.

The Secret: A Treasure Hunt is much more than an armchair treasure hunt. It is a recountence of our ancestors than came to this land and a reminder that we are constantly living within history every single day. With this book, Byron Priess teaches us the value of the journey we all have to go on and I hope you enjoy the journey we go on today as I talk to you about MY secret about the secret.

People probably already found them and just had no idea what it was and threw it out. It’s been 40 years. He only buried them 3ft down.

At Stone Wall's Door - I have a theory...

Cleveland, Ohio. The treasure I think it's buried at the base of a giant flagpole in the Veterans Memorial Park, which is located at the intersection of East 88th Street and St. Clair Avenue.

The clues in the riddle correspond to various features of the park and its surroundings, such as the stone wall at the park entrance, the three flagpoles at the park's north end, and the nearby Ace's High bar. The "jewel's direction" likely refers to the nearby neighbourhood of Jewel Avenue, and "twain's attention" may be a reference to the nearby train tracks. The phrase "Education and Justice for all to see" is also inscribed on the wall of the Cleveland Municipal Court building, which is located just east of the park.

I'm positive the painting of the pillers with a genie is Winston-Salem nc. I've already been there looking. The genie in the painting is coming out of a shadow of a coffee pot. The coffee pot is a monument called the old salem coffee pot the largest coffee pot in the eastern US. The camel on top of the piler is the logo of camel cigarettes founded in Winston-Salem.

This is a great video! Your comments about treasure creators (predecessors) were spot on. And I like your template for potential solves. 👍

Also to note regarding The Secret: The book was written in 1982 so events range from the conquistadors in the 1500's to events (many political) such as the Watergate Scandal (Alibi Elf) pgs 126-top of 128..ending in late 1981 not anything after those years.

My mum looked into the montreal theories witch stated the hollish stone was in mtl but after doing research and reading the book for her its clearly in manathan close to peter munuit memorial (its says in the book that the alvens were mad at natives for beliving that peter munuit trinket was worth more than the alvens(lowlands) stone like it was on manathan . Scotish is more likely to be montreal than holland and french is definitely in new orleans.

Re The Secret..you might suggest that in the verses a "pole" is not a pole but a structure that stands upright, a "tree" is not a tree...may be something again upright ( and you can climb), 92 "steps" not stairs, and "a young birch" not a tree. The author uses synonyms and symbolic meanings.

I actually have feeling that the first verse has got to be related with New York though. I mean hear me out Byron Preiss travelling 200 miles to reach Wisconsin (where people think that the first verse 10th picture treasure lies) just to bury. It doesn't really make sense. Why not start from his birthplace for the first verse. Also if you read the lines 982. 9 is related to Kodders and Kodders in the story if you draw straight like you would actually end up in New York. And 982 may represent an year 1982 where it was first published New York. It makes a sense.

Giving update so soon doesn't make sense and I know. But think about it. Fortress North, Friendship South. And the lady looks like Statue of 🗽. And she faces towards South. And Liberty faces Southeast. Liberty was built on a wooden fort. What if???

Update: Guys I seriously think the Preiss hid it in Fort wood while in 1982 the Statue was being rebuilt
