40 years ago 12 keys were buried underground. Clues for their location were hidden within pictures and poems found in a book called "The Secret". As of 2022, only 3/12 keys have been found.

I have devised a specific system and applied it to each illustration, .This works for me. It is necessary to ignore most of what has been previously accepted as the usual coupling of pic and verse. For instance with my interpretation the Florida gem is not a SAPPHIRE but a TURQUOISE and that is coupled with the French settlers - NOT the Spanish. The high flying pennant flag is arranged like the St Johns river which flows to Fort Caroline at Jacksonville. The way Preiss played with words comes over here with the flower, an ASTER. There is a town on the river called ASTOR. It is part of the French culture to associate this blossom with remembrance, especially regarding war. In middle 1500s the Huguenots arrived in the northern site in Florida without indigenous cultural disharmony. At the same time the Spanish were creating some conflict around St Augustine and ousted them.The figure on horseback could be French as their style was similar and this person is not an armed soldier. The flag is planted in the ground not held by the rider. There is a very important association with particular colours in each illustration which defines exactly where we can find the precise location for the casque. It is also tied to the position of the Jewel. There are many misdirecting Red Herrings which should be avoided throughout all the pics. Another is the Texas solution. Again the Fairy Tribe is identified clearly as Persian and the Gem is a RUBY = 'A R A B Y !'
OIL is the defining factor with Texas. The casque was probably 'planted' in Sam Houston Park where there WAS a statue so clearly inspiring the figure of the Genie. This 'SPIRIT OF THE CONFEDERACY' memorial has recently been re - positioned and is now in a small lake, so I believe the casque will be more difficult to locate at this time. Most folk have been searching other park sites in Houston I believe. I have more locations but I will leave you with these to mull over meantime. There is no chance that I can visit them myself because I live in EUROPE and it is not easy to travel so far these days.
