Don't do bios modding like he recommended if you wanted to go further at the end of the video, that is the PRIME way you will destroy your graphics card as the original bios is set to stop you from oc too high to the point where your gpu breaks.

Let me conclude what does each sliders do (assuming all sliders slides to the right).
Voltage:
To tell GPU extra voltage headroom. Meaning, tell GPU ALLOWED (not set exactly at) to draw more voltage when necessary. Pro: Better stability at high frequency. Con: Generate more heat.
Temperature threshold:
To tell GPU to throttle down the clock when GPU hit critical temperature. Pro: Protect your GC from overheating. Con: No con here, so keep it default and don't mess with this slider.
Clock & Memory Speed:
To tell GPU/Memory to run faster clock. Pro: Moar!!! frame rate. Con: Less stable (game keep crash or windows blue screen) and generate more heat.
Fan Slider:
To customize fan speed. Pro: To cool down your GPU better, duh! Con: Noisier fan but it is safer than sorry.

When I was using it I noticed on Kombustee that it was measuring intel HD 630 graphics but I was using a gtx 1070
Edit nvm it was my fault I didn’t see the cord to the monitor was plugged into the motherboard

From what I know, you should NOT mess with the core voltage AND power limit!! If you know what you are doing, you can gradually increase both after benchmarking and observing gpu behavior, temperatures, voltages, and the like... I wonder how many people will F up their GPU's because of this guy...

I tried overclocking my genforce gt 730 and all it did was force my graphics card to run at minimum, then when I got it to work it crashed my pc repetitively until I booted in safe mode and force unistalled it
