I love the whole art style of these cut designs as the turtles are the og designs we’ve seen and love. But the 2003 show will forever be amazing and more important so happy that got released instead

There was also a another pitch for the 2003 Series where they originally wanted it to be 3D animated but the quality wasn't there yet and they decided to make it 2D but that original pitch looks so cool just like the Mirage comics

I like these designs a lot more than what we got in 2003 since I love the classic comic designs but I still love and grew up with the 2003 series
