This cutscene animation cinematics is taken from the new Version 5.1 update "The Rainbow Destined to Burn", specifically Chapter V: Act IV Archon Quest of the same title. In this clip, Mavuika with her full power launches a burst of pyro energy thru her fist towards the abyssal portal above the sky damaging it fully. The whole of Natlan celebrates its victory afterwards including the Fatui forces who also helped them.

I dont know, It just doesn't feel the same like Fontaine or Sumeru. Or heck, Liyue. The climax in Natlan feels different.
