Opportunity is in today not yesterday. It takes intelligence to see it. The speaker dreams about returning to yesterday. He will lead his followers to obsequrity.

Its simple. When you see something made in the USA, quietly put in it back on the shelf. Dont buy it. Thats what I do.

Do you mean that Trump did not do research before starting the trade war? What happened to his experts and PhDs?

Hey....We don't NEED a deal with China. All we need to do is continue raising tariffs until their 4:1 trade ratio drops to 1:1. That trade ratio is the ONLY measure of whether our trading relationship with China is suitable or not.

The US had had a trade deficit for 43 years and a deficit with many of its partners. What this is about is the fact that having the dollar as the reserve currency means that the US is in control of the world's monetary system and can sanction, place tariffs' and force other countries to serve US interest and China, along with many other countries, is starting to trade in alternative currencies. This is something the US doesn't like hence Iraq and Libya, but China is a very different proposition in terms of both it's military and it's place in the worlds economy

so what really are the intellectual properties or patents China has stolen from the US? On the contrary, as far as I know China actually has been paying lots of money for the patents related to cell phone of Qualcomm, an US company, for decades. So the IP problems seem like a pretext for the political decision of economical disengagement with China which is really thought by many in the US a very much good way to gain geopolitical advantage over China.

No direct trade, but indirect trade (through all the branches in the 3rd world) is the best solution for the trade deficit. At the same time China should start planting its own crops and rearing its own dairy farm all along the OBOR countries from now on. So, the world will be in peace.

If you hold hundred of millions of USd, where would you invest? USD where Trump can kill your business and hike your tariff with out giving a damn care.. or China which is a corrupted state, but they literally gives you sponsor for factories and incentive over export, also the entry of the largest market in the world.. That sorry to say is a business man perspective.. If i have to take risk, i will not go near the US.. short term is a excuse, business is a day to day thing, there is no long term or short term, if short terms means it will kill my business, then it is game over.. there no long term.. so who every tell you there is a long term, ask then to go with out water for a week, it is a short term.. after a week there is plenty to drink... this current policy is as stupid as this water scenario.
