Convention on the rights of children, signed 20 November 1989, parties: 195. Countries which did not sign or ratify the convention: United States and Somalia. The only countries on Earth, not willing to be binded by this convention.
Oh, I'm sorry: On 20 January 2015, Somalia ratified the convention and the process will be finalized once the Government of Somalia deposits the instrument of ratification at UN Headquarters in New York. SOMALIA.
