Hi Sarah. Just wondering if you could make videos about:
(1) Vegan spots in NYC,
(2) Neighborhoods (perhaps in partnership with an NYC real estate agent) so that some of us coming from outside NY can better understand the neighborhoods, and what the drawcards are and the developments in each one.
(3) Short-term rentals just outside NYC VS short-term rentals inside NYC.

I'm a native New Yorker and I haven't been to a lot of these places. But of course I had several NY hot dogs in a variety of different ways. I also had a egg cream on chambers street that was so good back in 2006. Chopped cheese is something I never even heard of when I grew up.
