As a South Korean, Kimchi is just side dish not main food. (And many Korean can't eat kimchi becausr its cheese-like smell) We have bulgogi and jeyuk which is one of the best dishes in the world

Я не против того что долма показана как азербайджанский..тем более слово турецкое и есть много разновидностей долмы в азербайджанской кухне..но по мне азербайджанский плов, пити, левенги, пахлава должны иметь больше рейтинг в Азербайджане..вообше главным блюдом Азербайджана всегда был плов( не путать с узбекским, кстати узбекский тоже очень вкусный, но он другой)
