Ever since i was a little kid i always had this problem of sweaty palms and feet. I remember once in kindergarten my palms were sweating so bad that my book got so wet and i ended up crying and other kids literally thought i accidentally spilled water off my waterbottle. As i grew up now the same same is happening my my underarms too. Even if i dont do much work my underarms, palms and feet always tends to be sweaty. Now i just got used to it and it kind of doesnt bother me anymore but its always just there. Shaking hand with someone is the worst.

Omg i never knew other people experienced the same thing as me. I have eczema and on top of that my hands, feet and armpits sweat a lot and its awful. I have literally tried almost everything and because i always thought i was the only one i went through (and still am going through) mental health issues as i always saw myself as a freak because everyone's hands were clear and they were not having to apply all theses chemicals onto their skin to just to feel half as normal. idk what im saying but it just feels good to know i'm not alone in this

I can't stand myself with the problem of sweaty hands. It bothers me a lot and embarrasses me. Not only that. Whenever I get nervous, my hands start to sweat. Not only that, but they redden and swell. Also, when I want to catch someone taking their hand away like it's disgusting all the time I hide my hands in my pockets, not even i have rnough money to get medication..
