Ive been playing guitar since I was in highschool. Unfortunately some jack ass tboned me on the freeway in november and long story short my left hand is missing a couple digits and my ring finger is pretty damaged as well. I can still grasp a pick with my left hand so I think im going to give the upside down setup a shot and see how it goes. my right hand was always a bit more dexterous anyways, and I dont think my left hand will have an issue with doing the picking.

personally I just play the barre chord version of the chord to make it more convenient to play the power chord, but this technique is very intriguing :)
