Sim driver probably the more aggressive. Banked 60%of the track width and pinned driver with the slip into rear bumper of slower car. Black car either had to take to grass, or try the cut/door bang to get some free track.
Technically, sim driver did nothing wrong, but if you give someone a difficult decision to make and they go wrong, you cannot be totally blameless.
If i was the black car id probably have gently banged doors earlier to show intent to go 3 abreast, but i think he was hoping ghost would last 1 second longer.
