For a little bit or context: The soldiers were being attacked by civilians because they exterminated a truck with 4 hitmen who were unarmed when it happened. The hitmen were well known in that town and nobody knew that they were involved with criminal organizations, so the civilians got out of their houses and confronted the soldiers with brute force and calling them horrible things. The soldiers couldn't leave as they were waiting for backup to clean the scene and control the civilians.
