Watching this video, there is nothing that I personally didn't fulfill as a former Army Paratrooper and Ranger. I completed jump school, pathfinder training, Recondo/Raider training, Jungle Expert training, Jumpmaster training, Freefall training, Demolition Training and Ranger training while State side. In the Republic of Viet Nam from 1968 - 1971, I completed LRRP training and 75th Ranger training and served as a LRRP from 1968 -1969 and as a 75th Ranger from late 1969 through September of 1971. That was over 50 plus years ago and remains part of who I am today at age 77. Cheers,

One of my family members was ex SAS. Their best mate got jumped by a couple guys outside a bar the other year. Lets just say the guys that picked a fight with him didn’t walk away without injury

This stuff is fun and exiting when you’re a kid. As a 76 year old former spec ops military man… I have two knee replacements, two hip replacements, a plate in my back, a bolt in my right ankle. I am 75% deaf from gunfire. My lungs and heart are shot due to exposure to agent orange. I have a total of about 36 inches of scars on my body… and one testicle.

Thank God there are men willing to make these sacrifices to keep us safe!!

Seeing soldiers around the world is inspiring with nobility and honor. It's corrupt governments that force our paths to cross, while they themselves never see the battlefield. Soldiers need to understand this reality and decide what is real honor?

I served with south koreans in the us army, and let me say, they're no joke. The level of commitment with them is serious.

U.S. ARMY Veteran here (2016-2020 M.O.S. 14T ADA).

It was an Honor Serving with the ROK Soldiers in South Korea 🇰🇷 in 2017. One of my good Korean friends / troops I served with explained how the South Korean 🇰🇷 flag was to be correctly positioned. Red 🔴 up for the representation of the glowing red Sun (and it did glow almost a hot red color too over in that part of the world 🌏) and blue down 🔵 because of the water / sea.

…Gosh I miss South Korea 🇰🇷… the Joy and Pride the South Korean 🇰🇷 people took in their country when we participated in one of their parades… people flooded the sidewalks, buildings, on top of buildings EVERYWHERE! It was like when the Winning Super Bowl Team returns to their City… -Gosh man! ……. The Beautiful culture, Beautiful trees and landscape… those asian trees where you look at them, and you just know what part of the world you’re in. Just a Beautiful country side… and there was still so much to see like: Jeju Island… and some of the asian women do wear those skirts you see in anime. I remember getting off the 18 hour flight from Fort Sill, Oklahoma to my first in processing place in one of those long Korean city / area names and seeing these 2 Beautiful, tall, slender, well proportioned South Korean 🇰🇷 Flight Attendants wearing all white kind of like you see in anime. During some of our off time after we would go out on the weekends and visit Seoul (the most cleanest city I ever seen) and the young South Koreans 🇰🇷 the boys with their girlfriends mostly wore that upside down bowl hairstyle. Like that was the popular fashion hairstyle over there for the boys / young males… and yes! Poké Mon is still B1G over there! Like it hasn’t gone outta style… -At all!

I miss my buddies / troops I served with… I could name them all if I wanted to… but for privacy and confidential reasons not to of course… Gosh man… you just sometimes have THE BEST TIME / MOST MEMORABLE experiences in the military… and then it could SUCK in the blink of an eye… or soon……. man… you will meet some of THE BEST people in the military… from all walks of life… different backgrounds… everybody bleeded Green. So many different people in a short but long amount of time… different personalities… you truly understand people better when you get out because you experienced SO MANY PEOPLE AND DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES.

The Bond You Form with the Men and Women in the military (young and old) You Serve with is a BOND LIKE NO OTHER.

My time in South Korea 🇰🇷 is one I’ll never forget… the old South Korean 🇰🇷 War Planes they had in Suwon during my in-processing… I would just walk and explore that stuff when we were released for the day and had personal time… I still have all those photos on my iPhone 7. And then one of my Good Buddies I served with over seas in South Korea 🇰🇷 found this spot / coffee spot called the Meerkat Café 🍵 and they had LIVE WILD ANIMALS IN THAT PLACE! I GOT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ON MY IPHONE 7 AND IPHONE 6 (the 2 phones I had on me during that time which STILL ARE CLEAN AND WORK) . They had baby kangaroos ROAMING FREELY! different colored little foxes that I thought were little wolves, they had some raccoons (in open enclosures) and they had of course… MEERKATS! Those little prairie dog looking things like Timon off the Lion King. THOSE LITTLE CREATURES HAD SUCH HIGH ENERGY! JUST RUNNING DARTING CHASING EACH OTHER PLAYING! And they would let people enter their wide open clear plastic play area on the floor, and you could sit with them as they played, and they would come up to you and were so curious and gentle… Oh man… so many Great memories…

…And then Monday morning… PT or the occasional Real World re-call. Get the PAC 2 and PAC 3 missles up and running and ready at the missle site.

TRUMP flew into South Korea 🇰🇷 in 2017. He was supposed to come to Osan Air Force Base where I was stationed with my Air Defense Artillery Unit but he came and visited Camp Humphreys instead.

Neil DeGrasse Tyson CAME TO MY EXACT AIR DEFENSE UNIT (Delta 6-52 ADA) IN SOUTH KOREA 🇰🇷 2017 ON OSAN AIR FORCE BASE. That was cool… only a handful of higher ranking troops in my unit from Fire Control got to take photos with him.

It was an Honor serving under TRUMP. He did us troops right by upping our pay some during my time in South Korea 🇰🇷 in 2017. He made peace or something like that with Kim Jong Un in 2017. I was shocked, surprised and stunned! Because we were all on the missile site maintaining the launchers in the berms when we got the news. It sucks that they’re trying to make TRUMP seem like the bad guy now with that trial thing. How many politicians can you think of prior to TRUMP that need to be charged and locked up?

I thought about going back in the military if TRUMP won the 2024 election. I’m so glad I am not serving under Biden. This 2024 election is going to be one of the most important elections in History… for the Lifeblood of this Nation 🇺🇸. OVERALL, TRUMP is the one who will get America 🇺🇸 back on track. So this country can survive and not fail.

…Whoah… Big tangent I went on. Oh well… I needed to say it. I feel like I am not heard at times… *sigh… I needed to express that……. yeah……. There you go…

Seeing the Navy Seals TWICE in this video just proves how diabolically insane their training is.

As a now, and grateful USMC Veteran... "Military Training" in some countries
seems more like regimented sadomasochism.
Still, placing yourself in harm's way for what you Love is worthy of respect.

Thank you for featuring the Republic of Korea's special forces!

I was really bummed in my youth when I didn't get accepted after enlisting into the ROK Army! However, that didn't stop me as I sought out training from ex-special forces members and their invaluable lessons has greatly benefitted me in my life especially when I'm out in the bush in Canada.

It takes discipline, will and determination above the rank and file soldier to see it through. Once you succeed, you not only understand that it was worth it, but also become a part of an even smaller community of individuals that have some amazing stories and cross training too. 😎💯
