Go kito with intermittent fasting and forget all the other stuff.
Take your time, don't snack or eat after 6:00pm.
Eat healthy saturated fats and slowly back up your "break-fast" breakfast until it becomes lunch and you fast 18 hours a day with only 2 meals.
You will never be hungry once you purge the sugars, starches, grains, bad carbohydrates and fruits from your diet.
It is the way we're designed to eat.

Thank you and Dr Ken Berry keep it so simple you don't need grass fed meat to do keto or carnivore, whatever you can afford, and I drink diet sodas, kept the weight off I've lost eating this way along with IF, and exercise every other day, three years and still going, from 325 to now around 215.

I have been eating this way for 17 years. I'm 51 now and have amazing blood work and cholesterol. What's changed my life now is eating one meal a day.

I’ve been Keto for 2 years and have lost 88 pounds. I can’t imagine eating any other way. I love the food and how it makes me feel. I’m Keto for life. I find it very easy to stay on. I maintain effortlessly on Keto but find I lose more easily if I track macros.

I have learned to keep it simple, not over complicate it with recipes that need 20 ingredients! I am also very lucky -depending on who you ask - I am a simple PLAIN eater. I can eat the same foods every day without being bored. My husband thinks I am a boring eater, perhaps, don’t get me wrong I love food, I am Greek! Come on! I love LAMB :) However I wont eat it daily, I am a lazy eater, however I do look at the foods I eat and ask myself is this LCHG or Keto? And does it have the maximum nutrients? If I had my way I would eat Bococcini cheese all day every day! But probably not nutrient rich enough. I don’t think LCHF is hard, I think its hard if you eat out constantly, if your cupboards are filled with non LCHF foods, then you are in trouble because you slip up and just think you can eat that for once. I hate when people say I can eat that because I am slim, they miss the entire point that if I start eating carbs and sugar I get addicted to it and what I have worked so hard for the last 2 years was wasted. There is no “everything in moderation” because people tell yo what they think, as they don’t understand LCHF, there is one person to rely on -YOURSELF, be prepared, I take a cooler bag of stuff everywhere I go, people now look at me strange if I don’t have something to eat or munch on. I eat tuna in the cinema! I think people find it strange as it does smell!! But I don’t care, no one else is going to take care of my health but ME. Gotta learn to support yourself too I guess.

I love easy. On Keto 90% for 5+ weeks. I am not counting anything. Increased my exercise by taking on extra physical work. Not losing weight but blood sugar is beginning to go down and advanced nuropathy in my feet is much less painful. That's worth it.

After one year of keto I've lost 50lbs & am within 15 lbs of my desired goal of 160. I don't find it hard at all to continue eating this way.

Thank you so much for your videos! You have helped me so much on my weight loss journey. Lost 32 #s since Jan. 69 years old. Stopped my statins after many years but my doctor wants me to go back on cause it went up a bit but I'm not. Muscle weakness was problem but I did not relate it to my statin till last year. I’ve lost 33 lbs in 6 weeks last year in march- mid April but one year later i ganed back about 8 lbs because I didn’t continue on low carb/ keto diet. I think you have to stay on low carb diet if you don’t want to gain back weight 😥 (I’m 50 years old). Trying to get back on keto but I find it very hard now. Maybe when weather is better, sunnier, will find the very needed power to get back on track

I’m new to your channel and have to say I’m so impressed with all you share on keto. I’ve watched so many other vloggers talk about keto and while they have good information, you explain it in a way that is inspiring me. I’m on this new journey and have been watching your videos daily. Thank you

I was living keto/low carb for five years lost 65 pounds and maintained then COVID19 hit and I stoped eating low carb, gained 20 pounds due to what food I could get and getting sick with COVID19. Now feeling better, able to get the right food, starting again.👍👍

Count macros until you can eyeball it. Eat similalar to make it easy by meal prepping. Eat 1-2 times a day. Embrace fat coffee or bonebroth.Always have snacks on hand including your purse and car. On the weekends raise your carbs a little and eat good to feel as though you are spoiling yourself. Maybe 2-3meals.

Dr. Westman, can you do a video series on "carb intolerance". I am curious about your thoughts/practices on how someone like myself can sustain this lifestyle knowing I have carb intolerance...Thank you
