Working on building a station as the last leg of reorganizing my shop and decided to use your frame design. I built one half yesterday and will finish it during Memorial day weekend. I'm cutting all the 2x4s down to 3 inch and sanding everything before assembly because I figure I'll be using it for years, so make it nice. So, that adds a few hours of labor, but otherwise this design is quick and easy.

Maaaate, this is probably the best mitre saw station I've ever seen!! I love how you first made a no frills mitre station and have simply added cabinet carcases to it to finish it off. Very smart!! Also, great job on leaving in your whoopsie with the pull out drawers - we're all human and all make a whoopsie every now and again. Great job mate 🍻👏👏👏

Great build! Your 2x4's look significantly better than anything I ever find. Your bench looks nice and professional, mine looks like I ripped it out of an old shed and dragged them home behind my truck.
