It depends where you are I suppose.

In Argentina, they say ‘kee-sa-di-sha’.
In Mexico, ‘kee-sa-dee-a’.
In Spain, ‘kee-sa-deal-ya’.

And then the provincial dialects… It’s a big language, this Spanish. Very diverse and interesting.

Due to my personal observations people start to look a bit like the food they are eating every day. Thick, shapeless and a bit greasy. Just look at the average American and Japan is getting there too. Nothing beats home cooking.
