So I have an update about this device. If I had to say something negative about it, it is this. The indoor antenna only transmits a signal within 12 to 24". I called customer support about this to clarify and they said 24" is the max. I do not like this. If we both want to use it we have to be that close to it. As soon as you get more than 24" from it it drops to 1 bar on the phone. This has nothing to do with what you are getting in from the outside but rather inside. I think this is done to keep it from transmitting a large signal that others around you may be able to use also.
