So impressed with all the content you have on youtube Jamie. Every lesson that begs a question has links to the answer. A pylon could learn to play the sax the way you have laid everything out. Thanks much!!! Very much appreciated!!! Cheers.

I’ve always played by ear so after many years have decided to use this lockdown to teach myself music. Can I ask what are the 12 main keys ?

Very helpful but any tips on how to memorize them or is just a matter of daily repetition?

Is the lick at the end of Kenny G's "Alone" ( Low D G A B, High D B A G ) a pentatonic scale? I was untold that the phrase was based off of the pentatonic scale. I know the notes but an having trouble mastering the way it is played.

Thanks so much! So the A minor blues scale basically adds in a note by flattening the 4th and changes the scale to Hexatonic? Can we do this for any pentatonic scale? On the A minor blues scale when you added Eb you changed E to #E? Last is there any reason you played the A minor blues as 7 notes and C major Blues as 5? Just curious and try to understand...picking up the saxophone myself and on day 2!
