|| x^2 + 4x + 3 = 0 || x^2 + 1x + 3x + 3 = 0 || x(x + 1) + 3(x + 1) = 0 || since we have two (x + 1)'s, we use only one of it so we get || (x + 3) = 0 and (x + 1) = 0 || therefore we get: x = -3 and x = -1||
