for anyone having confusion with the fifth step with the 4/3 thing, here's the formula used in that step:
(x+y)² = x²+2xy+y² or we can write it as x²+2xy+y² = (x+y)²
So, here is what he does (at 3:00) :
=x² + 4/3x + (2/3)²
=x² + 2*2/3*x + (2/3)²
=(x+2/3)²

This is a very good example, thank you for making it. I studied Quadratic Equations in the late eighties, and I never saw this way of solving X; however, this method is totally inefficient. I solved this equation using the quadratic formula in only 4 steps, then I watched your video to check if I had resolved it correctly (I haven't solved anything like this in over 30 years), and I got it right, as I said, using the formula in only 4 steps.
